started life in March 1990 and has been trading under the same ownership since then. We met so many visitors during the summer in our shop who said they wished they could buy our produce throughout the year, that we decided to do something about it. We started our mail order business in 1996 and were among the first internet pioneers, putting up our first web site in 1997. The internet now represents a significant part of our business, providing a safe, convenient and secure method of shopping for thousands of people who otherwise would never have visited us. We welcome corporate enquiries for staff rewards or client gifts that are just that bit different. If you are missing real Somerset farmhouse cheddar made with unpasteurised milk - you will find it here. If you have never tasted smoked eel - look no further. |
